When writing this testimony, I struggled to find the words to describe my experience because truly, words cannot express how incredible the 4 months of Teacher Training were and all the knowledge I gained thanks to Heidi Peters and the extraordinary program she has created. When I committed to the YFL TT program, I was aware I was going to gain the tools one needs to teach yoga but I had no idea of the actual journey I was about to embark on. Being in my early 20s, I had many questions about life and about myself, and because of the Teacher Training, I rediscovered my most authentic self. The TT went so much deeper than I could've ever imagined. It was pure, enlightening and empowering. Heidi believed in us and provided support every step of the way. The memories and feelings I was blessed with throughout the process really are indescribable and priceless. I couldn't picture teaching yoga or dealing with life's obstacles without the tools I was given during that time. Not only am I confident as a yoga teacher, knowing I received the most honorable teaching wisdoms, but I am more confident entirely...I am a better public speaker, more mindful, and enlightened/connected to my truest nature and my surroundings as a whole. I recommend the YFL TT program to anyone who wishes to delve deeper into the world of Yoga and teaching, as well as their own hearts.- Samantha Roggin
Words are not adequate to express the growth I experienced in the Yoga For Life Teacher Training. Upon entering, I believed I had a strong foundation and would just enhance my knowledge, but I was wrong. The program surpassed my expectations. I was taught not only to body and mind, but to my heart as well. Heidi gave me any amazing gift, myself. The Teacher Training was poignant and straight to the point; it helped me to recognize my own true nature. I am more connected than ever to myself and the Divine.- Namaste, Liz Fulsher
I had practiced with Heidi Peters for many years and was familiar with Heidi's ability to get the most out of her students. This was most evident in the Teacher Training Program. Coupled with her wealth of knowledge and depth of experience, the learning process was made all the more enjoyable by her congenial teaching style and personal interest in the students. The entire course flowed naturally; there was a balance between the physical practice, philosophy, and teaching methodology. I would recommend the Yoga For Life Teacher Training to anyone seeking enhancement in their practice and their lives.- Thomas Machi
